Scouting for ideas - Edward Weston

"My own eyes are no more than scouts on a preliminary search, for the camera's eye may entirely change my idea" - Edward Weston.

As Dexter was off with Cubs last night to the Royal Observatory to see the stars and planets through their lenses, Anders and I went out with our cameras to do some shooting of pictures and we had a blast. Wonder if our scouting out for pictures turns out to be what the cameras we used actually saw in what we were trying to capture?!  When they are developed all will be revealed.......

  1. I love that idea - scouting for ideas - I need to do a bit more of that, actually leave my house and search for inspiration.

  2. Great post! Your ease of being inspired is something very inspiring!
