Portrait of Hamish

I love these dogs, The English Bull Terrier, and as a breed they are  known for their clownish and fun loving ways.   Some people love them, some think they are beautiful, some think they are ugly and thug like but I think they are beautiful with their long snouts and generally egg shaped heads.  So when I saw Hamish as I was having a coffee I just had to take his portrait.  He was just in the throes of leaving when I spotted him and like some crazed woman I leapt out of my seat to say hello.  Luckily his owner was really nice and humoured me by letting me indulge in taking his portrait!

As I write this, I am laughing because I really love these photographs and I just can't help but smile looking at them.

    I can see why you thought that Buckeroomama from the angle I took his portrait.

    Chrissy, he is a cutie, and as I was complimenting him to his owner he jumped up and started licking my ear and snuffling it. I am glad you liked the pictures :-)
