St Patricks Day celebrated Marvin and Carly style....

Top of the mornin' to you all, it's St Patricks Day to be sure!

It might not be Saturday Night, but Marvin and Carly still got dressed up in their St Patrick Day outfits, will you, ha, ha, ha....

Do you think they might be looking after a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow like leprechauns?

 Carly knows that all the boys get beer goggles on St Pats day.  She's no dog!

Marvin knows all the ladies are after his lucky charms!

Loving the Guinness

The Bubble
I love them in their St Patrick's Day outfits, Andrew and I couldn't stop laughing at their expressions as we were taking them, and then we cracked up some more when we saw Marvin with his bubble!

Lastly, here is a piece of information I found in the Aunt Kate's Household Companion book which I have. In it was written on Thursday, March 17th 1938.....
....."There is one thing I like about St Patrick - or, at any rate, about the traditional St Patrick. I like the way he got rid of trouble.  You see, everyone in Ireland had complained about snakes. But it was only St Patrick who drove them out of the land!  I sometimes think we need a few modern St Patricks. There is not a thinking man or woman in the land who does not know half a dozen social evils to condemn, but how many of us do anything about them? Surely more St Patricks are needed".

Felt like I had read part of the script from Boardwalk Empire (which I love watching), a part which would be around the Temperance Society ladies.....

Happy St Patricks Day!

and then, she {snapped}
