Ok, I have given the following competition some thought since I put this blog entry up and have today 23rd November decided that these are the photographs that I will use to send out to friends and family this Christmas. So I have made 4 cards, and today got them printed out so I can post them to family and friends from us. Given that I am actually going to use them, I though I would enter them in. Marvin did really well, he seems to be quite happy being dressed up and posing, Carly - no - she clearly has her own individuality and will not look silly for anyone (yet, but I will get my way with her (ha, ha, ha), and of course the very lovely Dexter. So I like all of the cards, so will let Paper Mama chose which one she thinks is best suited - the cards are shown when you scroll a little further down!
Back on the 13th November, when I saw the prompt "lonley" by Sunday Creative, given that I had been busy making Christmas cards, this song popped into my head.
Although I have been making cards which will hopefully bring some laughter I know it will be really sad for others and none more so than Anders Auntie Molly as he is going to his Uncle Jim's funeral tomorrow down south. It breaks my heart for Molly, their grown up kids their grandchildren that he has left behind. I am sure that Christmas will be lonely for them without him.
I do not even want to imagine not being with my loved ones over Christmas so on a more cheerful note, here are the cards that I have made to send out with love.
This week's prompt was Lonely.
