Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence....

Dexter loves it when it is either Mother's Day or Father's Day as he knows that both of us will include doing something that he really wants to do!

Having had a roller coaster of a week it is great to see it ending so well!

Having had a fantastic time at the beach yesterday, and because the sun was out shining, Dexter wanted to go back to the beach again. Who were we to deprive him and Marvin & Carly of this especially when both Anders & I have fun there too.....

Having gone into the sea Dexter now really wanted to be buried in the sand....

I duly complied with his request.....

As he was being buried by me and because the sun was really baking down, the film Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence popped into my head......

There was my blond haired lovely covered in sand except for his adorable wee face which was pretty clear of it..... except for his runny nose which left him with a sandy dangling moustache - lovely!

He thought this was so funny and then broke free and ran off to the water to rinse off the sand!
