That's right, August is a whole month of buskers, carnival parades, circus tents, comedy, fireworks, comedy, magic, markets, music, theatre - well just about everything. The city comes alive with people from all over the world - it is just wonderful!
Here are some of the acts that were busking outside the Fringe Box Office in the hope of enticing people to come and buy tickets for their shows.
We have bought our tickets to the shows that have taken our fancy, will let you know about them as we see them (and everything else we get up to as there is just so much to see and do).....
What a fantastic festival - for some reason it makes me think of Carnival in Rio
